Rebecca Winter

Rebecca, born in the UK and founder of IELTS Berlin and Savicom, has been training students for the IELTS test since 2003 and I have plenty of experience and know a lot about how to get the best results possible. I used to work at the British Council and then founded IELTS Berlin in 2005. I am a Cambridge qualified teacher (CELTA and DELTA) of English to Adults.
